摘要
In this paper, we will detail our experiences developing and organizing an annual machine learning competition at Saint Mary's College. We will detail our process of collecting data for the competition as well as the logistical challenges faced when hosting such an event at a small liberal arts college. We believe that this report will be of interest to colleagues teaching data science at institutions with a profile comparable to our own who would like to organize a similar event.
