摘要
The paper presents a new high power single phase Boost-type PFC based on hybrid interleaved parallel (HIP) topology, which is composed of a traditional Boost PFC converter and a semi-bridgeless Boost PFC converter. The proposed PFC can reduce thermal stress of semiconductors comparing to the conventional bridgeless Boost PFC converter, and is more efficient than the traditional parallel Boost PFC converter, and the common mode leakage current is very small. The interleaved parallel control method is proposed, and the ripple and total harmonic distortion of input current are very low without increasing the switching frequency and utilizing additional input filter. Finally, simulation and experimental prototype are performed to verify the theoretical analysis and feasibility of the proposed converter.
