摘要
Photonic generation of nonlinear frequency-modulated (NLFM) microwave signals based on optically injected semiconductor laser has been demonstrated. Compared with LFM signals with the same bandwidth, a 13 dB improvement of peak-to-sidelobe ratio (PLSR) is found. (C) 2020 The Author(s)
