摘要：

Analyzing and appraising the practical level of enterprise safety culture can expose the internal causes of ineffective safety management. It is very important to enterprise to ascertain stratagem aim of safety culture building. On the basis of analyzing safety culture appraising actuality in domestic and overseas, the paper set up a three-dimensional perspective model of enterprise safety culture, and established appraisement index system of enterprise safety culture, then constructed the appraisement system model of enterprise safety culture. Furthermore, it applied Analytical Hierarchy Process to set the relative weights of assessment factors. Besides, it combines an example analysis to indicate that the appraisement index system of enterprise safety culture based on Analytical Hierarchy Process has preferable practicability. It can offer advantageous reference for enterprise to ascertain stratagem aim of safety culture building.
