摘要：

The vocational education of professional and practical properties determine the vocational college teachers should have excellent professional technology and has a high professional fitness. This paper expounds vocational colleges teachers to strengthen the significance of physical training, analyses the current physical training the main problems existing in vocational colleges, and combining the actual puts forward corresponding scientific training method.
