摘要
Mono-based propellant is a kind of widely used propellant. It is mainly used in charges of middle and small calibre guns. The performance of its energy ingredients and percent of non-energy ingredients will change with the storage time increasing and storage conditions changing. These changes are called changing of physiochemical performance in the propellant subject. The changing of physiochemical performance indicates the variation of its ballistic performance in a sense. In the field of ammunition quality control, the physiochemical performance of propellants in ammunition has been tested for a long time. The performance of the propellant is judged by some parameters. But people never do general research on the changing rule of physiochemical performance of monobased propellant. In this article, the changing rule of physiochemical performance of monobased propellant is discussed. Results show that the content of interior volatile is linear with respect to storage time (year), which means that the longer the storage time is, the lower the content of interior volatile will be. The content of exterior volatile is also very regular with respect to storage time, which means that the shorter the storage time is, the lower the content of exterior volatile will be. The content of bis amine has no remarkable correlativity with the storage time, but we can find roughly that the content of bis amine in propellants is getting lower and lower with the increasing of their storage time.
