摘要：

Budd-Chiari syndrome (BCS) is a very infrequent complication of Behcet's syndrome. The authors report a young, male patient with Behcet's syndrome presenting with BCS. He underwent emergency surgery for thrombectomy but unfortunately died during the operation.
