摘要
This paper constitutes an evaluation index system of biopharmaceutical enterprises in Hubei province, and uses DEA method to analyze R&D performance of the specimen, based on enterprises of bio-pharmaceutical, chemical pharmaceutical, traditional Chinese medicine pharmaceutical, biomedical engineering and agricultural biotechnology products. The results indicate that R&D performance of biopharmaceutical enterprises in Hubei province is in a high level. In light of the conclusions, the countermeasures of enhancing R&D performance of biopharmaceutical enterprises in Hubei province are proposed.
