Research on the Improvement of the Enterprise Management System and Business Process Optimization Strategy Under the Background of New Economic Circumstances

In this paper, we conduct research on the improvement of enterprise management system and the business process optimization strategy under background of the new economic circumstances. Along with the further market economy and the development of economic globalization, competition and more, especially in the economic crisis, our country small and medium-sized enterprises facing unprecedented risks which must change the management idea, innovating management system and effectively adapt to demand of the market. Along with growth of small and medium-sized enterprises, the business is growing, the management object is also increasing and make the management process is more complex as the innovation institutionalized management becomes an effective way to solve the contradictions of small and medium-sized enterprises, for small and medium-sized enterprises in the healthy and orderly development of market economy. Our research provides the novel paradigm for the enterprise management which will enhance the current methods.
