摘要
Coping with and structuring personal problems in the therapeutic process has gained on significance in current psychotherapy research. The SYMLOG methods inventory is an economically manageable rating method for evaluating interactional behavior in retrospect when diagnosing interpersonal relationships. Located on a medium level of complexity SYMLOG offers a reference system of interpersonal perception which can be used for questions in research and teaching as well as in the field of direct psychotherapeutic work as a concept of orientation for evaluation and quality assurance. Based on the systems theory approach the description and evaluation of the interpersonal pattern on SYMLOG-dimensions level was supplemented in such a manner that the reflexive interaction between the individual and the group is depicted. Models on operationalizing different qualities (communicative complementarity), cohesion, taking on responsibility and delegation in the SYMLOG space are described and discussed.
