摘要：

These pages offer a historiographical overview of the history of boundaries and demarcation. Without claiming to be exhaustive, a series of problems are raised here which are the basis for the hypotheses developed in the different articles. It also presents some of the sources which, through their confrontation, allow us to reconstruct the role of the boundaries and demarcations in the construction of the juridictions of the Ancien Regime.
