摘要
With his invention of the electron biprism in 1954, Gottfried Mollenstedt gave birth to the field of electron interferometry and holography. During the subsequent years in his Tubingen Institute of Applied Physics, he and his students as well as Post-Does systematically investigated the basics of electron wave optics and the applications in electron interferometry and holography. additionally, he stimulated a lot of corresponding research in the field all over the world.
