摘要：
In recent years, China's real estate developers, real estate speculators, local governments and commercial banks running the real estate market-led.Their pursuit of profit activities promote the formation of profit-oriented culture on real estate, which resulted in abnormal development of the real estate market. Under such conditions, in order to achieve the normal development of China's real estate market, their actions must be carried-out in-depth study. On the profit-oriented culture level, This article firstly analyzed the present situation of profit-oriented culture on Chinese real estate industry and the causes on the formation. Then, this article came up with the main strategies to constrain the formation of profit-oriented culture. We thought these analyses may provided some important constructive reference for the healthy development of China's real estate industry.
