摘要
In the environment of Internet of Services, the service supply chain is gradually developing into a service ecosystem network with complex, dynamic and collaborative interaction features. Aiming at the dynamic evolution of the service ecosystem of third-party service platforms, service providers and service consumers, a symbiotic evlution model based on Logistic model was developed. Then, the Jacobian matrix was used to analyze the symbiosis mode and conditions of different value co-creation units to maintain a stable state in the service ecosystem. The numerical simulation was also employed to analyze the influence of related factors on the symbiosis evolution of the service ecosystem. The simulation results showed that the symbiosis evolution of the value co-creation units in the service ecosystem was closely concerned with the symbiosis coefficient and their symbiosis mode. Moreover, under the mutually beneficial symbiosis mode, the co-creation unit of service ecosystem had the largest stable scale. Mutually beneficial symbiosis mode was the best direction for the symbiosis evolution of the service ecosystem. The symbiosis evolution stability point of the value co-creation unit of serveice ecosystem had nothing to do with its natural growth rate and initial scale, but was concerned with the market capacity scale that the larger the market capacity scale of various value co-creation units, the greater the stable scale value. © 2022, Editorial Department of CIMS.
