摘要
Magnetic parameters of isotropic alloys based on the Sm - Co system are studied depending on content of various chemical elements in order to select an optimum composition. Magnetic characteristics, i.e., residual induction, magnetization, and induction coercivity, critical field characterizing rectangularity of the demagnetization loop, maximum energy product (BH)(max), and induction temperature coefficient, are determined for 11 test alloys. A method for fabricating isotropic sintered ring magnets is developed for the composition selected. Special attention is devoted to increasing magnet thermal stability and improving strength properties.
