摘要
We propose a 25-mu m five-mode de-multiplexer based on subwavelength grating directional couplers with constant bus waveguide. The insertion loss is less than 0.31 dB at 1550 nm and its 1-dB bandwidth is over 100 nm. (C) 2020 The Author(s)
