摘要：
According to the circular of 1rst of october 2002 concerning the creation of flood forecasting services, the territory of the basin Rhone Mediterranee has been divided in 5 services (in place of the former 12 flood information services). The master plan of flood forecasting on the basin Rhone Mediterranee will determine this new organisation. In order to increase their missions of flood forecasting, the new services are connected to territories on which they will dispose of competencies enlarged to the analysis of tire river basins characteristics and the observation of the whole inundation events.
