A Research on the Conflict Management Strategy and Management Model of the Program Resource

Every project of the program was related to each other in the space as well as the structure. Every contract section strived for their own sites and other resources for the interests. In this paper, it had discussed the conflict management of the use of resource. The causes of the conflict would include the inconsistent objectives, the limited resources and also the getting out of control process. In order to implement the resource conflict management, firstly, it suggested making a system analysis for the public resources and identifying the internal and external conflicts of the system. It called for a programming for the conflict management and the options of how to mitigate. Secondly, it demanded the management of the interface related to the resources and the coordination management of the program organization and the reorganization of resources. Thirdly, it asked to establish the internet-based auxiliary decision-making support system for the program public resource conflict management Based on various conflict analysis models, it argued to set up the conflict negotiation decision support system and build collaborative working platform based on internet resources for the program resource conflict management.
