摘要：

From the perspective of the world, the contradiction between trade and environment is more intense. Currently China's foreign trade has the problem of low utilization of natural resource and severe environmental pollution. In the new situation, how to realize the transition of development mode, industrial upgrading mode and trade pattern as well as how to realize the development mode from Grey to green by environmental target and adjust export structure is the important task challenging to China. This paper analyzed the problem faced by China under the pressure of low carbon economy, explained the determinant factors and give the development strategies.
