摘要
This paper presents an optical tomography system based on Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor (CMOS) area image sensors for particle size detection. The developed system consists of a lightning system, a sensing system, a Data Acquisition system (DAQ) and image reconstruction system. To increase the accuracy of particle size detection, high resolution image sensor has been used. MT9M001 image sensor provides 1280x1024 pixels with a pixel size of 5.2 mu m(2). This system is constructed by using two parallel beams projections. The measurement results are analyzed to note the range of the particles that suit to be measured by the developed system.
