摘要
The paper emphasis the need for extensive seismic instrumentation of national interest buildings so that information on the behavior of structural categories is available in a limited time from the occurrence of an earthquake. All the aforementioned ideas are illustrated through a study case of a university building with height regime of Semi-Basement, Ground Floor, 2 Floors and Attic. The proportions of damages were evaluated and for this purpose, non-destructive, geodynamic and laser scanning methods were used. The non-destructive methods are based on ultrasound with Pundit LAB, percussion with Schmidt hammer and the geodynamic methods are based on the Kinemetrics equipment with Strong Motion Analyst software and the laser scanning was made using Leica Scan Station equipment. The evaluations are useful for both the seismic risk analysis of inspected buildings and the design of strengthening interventions.
