摘要：

This paper analyzed the operational risk factors in supply chain in the first place, i.e. supply risk, cooperation risk and requirement risk. And then, the flexible strategy dealing with the operational risk in supply chain is proposed to improve the ability of supply chain withstanding risk and achieve the more efficient and safe operation of the whole supply chain. The flexible strategy includes: flexible production capacity, flexible manufacturing, flexible inventory, flexible contract, flexible culture, flexible supplier, and flexible logistics.
