摘要
With the rapid development of the network manufacturing and wireless network, more and more manufacturing workers are involved in manufacturing process by the use of mobile phones, PDA, Pocket PC, etc. This paper proposes a context-awareness-based information support model for manufacturing mobile workers aiming at the unique features of mobile work, which is different from stationary office work. By the use of contextualization technology, the model integrates information, mobile workers and context. Adopting the context similarity assessment based on main context model, this model realizes the context-integrated mobile workers information query and push service to support the cooperative office work of manufacturing mobile workers effectively. Finally the paper constructs an information support system for manufacturing mobile workers based on context-awareness and verifies its applicability with examples.
