摘要：
According to the feature of equipment operational test, the integer linear programming model for the credibility of equipment operational test is established and trans-formed to fit for the minimum path problem. The proposed model is solved by 0-1 Integer Linear Programming with a target of maximizing the test credibility. Application practices demonstrate and verify the feasibility and reliability of the proposed method.
