摘要：
We consider a kind of transportation problem with risk bottleneck limitation. When we calculate the whole cost during some especial materials' transportation, we must consider the security cost, which is the expense for strengthening the security in the materials' transportation network, as well as the transportation cost. In order to receive the minimum whole cost, we give a model for this kind of transportation problem. After giving a kind of arithmetic for the model, we carry out a practical example to verify our model.
