Evaluation of the Real Estate Economic Development Level in Heilongjiang Province Based on Factor and Cluster Analysis

The development of the real estate industry in Heilongjiang province was very fast in the last few decades, however, the development level in different regions was unbalanced, which needed policymakers' special attention when making industrial policies for the whole province. But firstly and most importantly, we need to make sure the exact development level of each city. In order to solve this problem, appropriate evaluation index of the real estate economy was constructed in this paper, and based on factor and cluster analysis, this study analyzed the 12 main cities in Heilongjiang province quantificationally and classified them into 5 categories. For each single category, analysis and evaluations were made and relevant conclusions were obtained. At the end of the paper, some comments and suggestions were offered to help improve the development of the real estate industry.
