摘要：
The theory of dynamic equilibrium and technology of entire series and cycle reusing outlet water in the course of pulp and paper manufacture using recycling paper have been studied and practiced. The effluent zero discharge was realized for 320 g/m(2) textile spool paper manufacturing in Changshu paper mill. Only cost a little investment and can gain more profit.
