摘要
Improvement in stance and gait can be achieved in Parkinson's disease through goal-orientated strength and balance training. External cues can also be used to overcome motor blocks. Physiotherapists should implement the conclusions of these studies in their daily work by introducing problem orientated specific intensive training and documenting the results using the same validated scales and scores. This review discusses recent studies and our own experience with physiotherapy set in the concept of evidence based medicine.
