摘要：

With the development of globalization, the international capital flows become more and more frequently. However, the international capital flows in do a great effort to the development of the countries, and also has brought the potential risks to them. A sudden stop is the specific performance of it. This article through analysis of international capital flows sudden stop and macroeconomics policy, gives various methods to control the risk.
