摘要
Two new pregnane glycosides, baseonemoside A and B, were isolated from the aerial parts of Baseonema acuminatum, Their structures were established as pregn-5-ene-3 beta ,16 alpha ,20(S)-triol 3-O-beta -D-cymaropyranosyl-(l -> 4)-beta -D-digitoxopyranoside, 20-O-beta -D-glucopyranosyl-(1 -> 2)-beta -D-digitalopyranoside 1 and pregn-5-ene-3 beta ,16 alpha ,20(S)-triol 3-O-beta -D-cymaropyranosyl-(1 -> 4)-beta -D-cymaropyranosyl-( 1 -> 4)-beta -D-digitoxopyranoside 20-O-beta -D-glucopyranosyl-(l 1 -> 2)-beta -D-digitalopyranoside 2, respectively, on the basis of spectral evidence and chemical transformation, (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V.
