WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS AT THE START OF THEIR CAREER, HOW TO START RUN BUSINESS IN MORAVA REGION. THE RESULTS OF THE RESEARCH

The aim of this study was to analyse the situation of women coming from Morava region and Brno area who are ready to start their own business without any previous business experience. The research was focused mostly on the work-life balance. The research was based on qualitative research approach. The research sample consists of six women - start-up entrepreneurs, different age groups and education, different business areas. The link between gender and the difficulty of establishing first own business was proved. Also the difficulty of running successful entrepreneurship and keep balanced work and private life is considerable. However, there were recognized specific factors typical probably only for women from the study region which might influence their decision regarding starting their own business. The findings are discussed in the paper. There are several ways how to reach this which will be discussed.
