Carbon assisted hollow nano-metal phosphide composite as anode material for high-performance lithium-ion batteries

摘要
Nano-metal phosphides/carbon microspheres, Ni0.5Co0.5P2/carbon (NCP@C), with unique hollow structure were synthesized by solvothermal reaction and phosphorization treatment. When used as anode material for Li-ion batteries, NCP@C composites exhibit high reversible specific capacity (1370 mAh g(-1) at 0.1 C), good rate performance and excellent cycling stability (826 and 703 mAh g(-1) after 300 cycles at 0.2 and 0.5 C, respectively).
