摘要
The lifetimes of unrepairable systems are considered as fuzzy variables, in which the fuzzy variables are based on the credibility measure. The superiority of credibility measure is that it has the properties of monotonicity, self duality, and subadditivity. Then two important indexes for evaluating unrepairable systems-reliability and mean time to failure (MTTF) are defined. Furthermore, the reliability and mean time to failure of fuzzy unrepairable series system, parallel system, series-parallel system, parallel-series system and two kinds of cold standby systems are arrived, respectively. Finally, some examples are given.
