摘要:
This paper reviews the recent studies of Neuropilin-1 (NRP-1) as a novel molecular target of glioma. In this review, we introduce briefly the properties of the NRP-1. And then we focused on the role of NRP-1 in gliomas, including relationships of NRP-1 expression and glioma prognosis, NRP-1 signaling and p130Cas tyrosine phosphorylation in gliomas, NRP-1 and LD22-4, Sema3A-NRP-1 signaling in gliomas, NRP-1 in the HGF/SF autocrine pathway, NRP-1 and glioma stem-like cells. Finally, it is concluded that NRP-1 could potentially act as a novel therapeutical target of glioma.
