摘要
The characteristics and advantages of using ultra-wideband (UWB) radio technology for wireless video networking were presented. The UWB signals utilized spectrum used by other wireless systems. The analysis suggested that wider bandwidths affected wide-band matching and precise pulse shaping due to component and packaging parasitics. It was found that combination of UWB radio technology with advanced, decentralized network architecture enabled low cost, high performance wireless solutions.
