摘要
This paper presents the design, simulation and implementation of digital pre-distorter based linearizer for high power amplifier used in satellite communication systems. The digital pre-distorter technique discussed here is based on Look-up-Table (LUT) based approach which can be implemented in on-board digital processor. LUT content is derived from inverse polynomial model for memoryless RF power amplifiers. The performance of LUT based pre-distorter model has been verified using Kintex-7 FPGA platform and Ku-band 70W Travelling Wave Tube Amplifier(TWTA).
