摘要
In the past, large student enrolments in the subject Principles of Business Law made it expensive to provide traditional lectures, seminars and assessment tasks. Despite this substantial expenditure it proved impossible over the years to significantly improve rather low levels of student and teacher satisfaction with the subject. In 2000, I proposed using computer-based materials to radically change the way PBL was taught and assessed. These changes provided an educationally effective, efficient and very practical way of resolving a number of previously intractable problems. The strategies described in this paper potentially provide a useful model for other law teachers who face similar problems.
