摘要：
The synthesis and influenza neuraminidase inhibitory activity of a new series of C-3-aza carbocyclic neuraminidase inhibitors are described. Analogues 3c and 3j, bearing a S-pentyl group, exhibit influenza A inhibitory activities comparable to that of 1. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
