Calculations and Analyses of Effective Rate Collision Coefficients for Low-Energy Electrons Scattering from Molecules

摘要
The collision between low-energy electrons and molecules is studied in this paper, the collision scattering and effective rate collision coefficients models are set up, the rate coefficients of collision in three kinds of elements such as alkali metals, alkaline-earth metals and inert gases are simulated and analyzed. The results show that the effective rate collision coefficients of alkali metals is the biggest in three kinds of elements, and the rate coefficients of collision about Rb and Cs are bigger than others in the alkali metals elements. These results will help us select elements of plasma effectively in order to absorb energy of electromagnetic wave fully.
