摘要：
The characteristics of arctic drainage basins are discussed in relation to sediment transport processes. Methods used for quantification of the processes are described, together with the technical problems encountered in their application in this environment. A preliminary budget for the glacierized Mittivakkat drainage basin, situated in Greenland, is presented. The dominant processes are glacial erosion and the fluvial transport of the eroded material.
