摘要
This paper investigates the implications of utilizing Social Network Sites (SNSs) in three dimensions: for learning, for performance, and for sharing works. Thirty respondents as the academic staffs and non-academic staffs from two universities: i.e. Bina Nusantara University and Pelita Harapan University were involved in this study. The data was derived from Social Networking Sites survey and analyzed descriptively. The findings indicate SNSs brought positive implications for both university staffs. However, the academics received higher positive effects for learning and job performance aspects than the non-academics. Interestingly, both staffs shares similarities in positive implications of SNSs for sharing work.
