Influence of HMX particle size and content on the impact sensitivity and the shock wave sensitivity of booster

摘要
The influence of HMX particle size and content on the impact sensitivity and shock wave sensitivity of booster explosives is tested by 12-type instrument method and small scale gap test method Results show that impact sensitivities of ultra fine HMX and its booster explosives is much lower than that of 5-type HMX and JO-9C booster explosives, while shock wave sensitivities of booster explosives which is produced based on ultra fine HMX is not much lower than that of JO-9C booster explosives, their reasons are analyzed at the same times These results are signification in choice of particle size of base explosives for booster explosives and in design of formulas for booster explosives to some extent.
