摘要
A method of optimizing the frequency of control inspections in assessing the resource of load-carrying metal constructions of hoisting machines and corresponding software, which can be used to assess the resource of metal constructions of various technological machines operating under conditions of corrosion and cyclic loads, are presented. In this method, the process of fatigue accumulation in the load-carrying metal constructions of hoisting machines is described by the fracture model, and the time of occurrence of a fatigue macrocrack is described by the Weibull distribution. In this case, it is taken into account that the rate of development of microdefects into macrocracks in the pitting zone is higher than in the corrosionfree zones. Optimization of the frequency of assessing the resource of load-carrying metal constructions of hoisting machines is carried out according to the criterion of the ratio of the time spent on diagnosing fatigue macrocracks and recovery hoisting machines to the operating time of the metal construction before repair, i.e. the unit time spent on repairs, including determining the optimal frequency of control inspections and the permissible value of the relative pitting depth.
