摘要
A proposed procedure for designing proportional, integral, and derivative (PID) decentralized controller based on eigenvalues assignment techniques is presented. The advantage of such a procedure is the extra flexibility offered where it allows one to govern the rate of decay and achieve certain performance characteristics besides the well-known properties of the three-term controller. The proposed procedure merges system's structural properties with the power of eigenvalues assignment as a design tool.
