摘要
The successfulness of education always relates to the excellence and quality of academicians in the respective universities. Academics usually teach efficiently besides giving full commitment to the organization at their workplace. Academics are requested to have a better performance by fulfilling a series of requirements by the universities. However, if they are not satisfied, they may not be committed to deliver the best. In addition, there is a possibility that their job performance may not achieve the target. Hence, these research aims to study the level of job performance amongst academics in Malaysian public universities.
