摘要：

In this paper, the measurement method of electromagnetic radiation wave and the corresponding international specs. Measurements related to the weather radar and mobile phone systems will be performed to verify our discussion. All measured data obviously below specs, but related to the weather radar, since it is a narrow pulse modulated wave, the measured technique has made further discussion.
