摘要
The real-time monitoring of blood glucose is indispensable for people with diabetes. Over the past few years, owing to the advantages of high compliance, low invasion, and portability, the transdermal glucose monitoring sensor is of utmost interest. This review aims to introduce the latest advances in transdermal sensors for glucose monitoring, specifically based on various sensing mechanisms including electrochemistry and colorimetry. The opportunities and challenges of these transdermal sensors are further discussed in this review.
