On the correspondence between Karl Jaspers and Heinrich Behnke. - In summer 1922 the mathematician Heinrich Behnke (1898-1979) attended lectures by the philosopher Karl Jaspers (1883-1969). This marked the beginning of a friendship over more than 40 years. This article will describe the essential topics of the correspondence between Jaspers and Behnke.
