摘要
Algorithms for information processing in marine observation systems are proposed that exploit drifting buoys, or drifters, equipped with the Russian satellite communication system Kurs as data-acquisition platforms (DAPs). Algorithmic support for a computer-aided data-processing system is considered as applied to the data obtained by drifter experiments on the investigation of sea streams and the near-surface layers of the atmosphere. The algorithms for preprocessing the data obtained by the Kurs system, as well as the algorithms for estimating the trajectory parameters of a drifter in the sea and the secondary parameters of its daily drift, are presented.
