摘要：

With the coining of knowledge of economy and information age, flow of goods and materials, which is as important as information flow and capital flow, is developing up-to-date. Logistics, as the bridge of connecting production and consumption, plays a more and more important role in the national economic development and becomes a new economic growth point and the measure of fundamental symbol of national strength. After logistics enterprises from the "traditional storage and transportation" to the "modern logistics", there are lots of documents analyze its status, characteristics, developments and so on. In this paper, I will set out the advantages and development of 4PL and put forward some suggestions.
